# Trusted Kazakhstan

> Trusted Kazakhstan is an Astana Hub initiative that provides free, fully managed relocation support for foreign IT specialists and IT companies moving to Kazakhstan: LLP (ТОО) company registration, Astana Hub participant status (0% corporate tax, VAT and income tax through 2029), and residence permit programs (Digital Nomad Residency, Digital Nomad Visa). Support is provided at no cost — the initiative is funded by Astana Hub, not by client fees.

- Astana Hub participants pay 0% corporate income tax, 0% VAT, and 0% personal income tax for employees, in effect until 2029.
- LLP (ТОО) company registration for foreigners takes about 7 business days and can be done largely remotely; 100% foreign ownership is allowed.
- Digital Nomad Residency is a 10-year residence permit for IT specialists whose profession is on Kazakhstan's official list of in-demand IT occupations, with no income requirement.
- Digital Nomad Visa (B9-1) is the entry-stage visa used before applying for Digital Nomad Residency.
- Astana Hub participant status review takes about 15 business days once a company is registered.
